These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our private hire taxi services in the United Kingdom. By using our private hire taxi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Agreement
By using the services provided by GoGo Cabs, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the services.
Service Description
2.1 GoGo Cabs LTD provides private hire taxi services within the United Kingdom.
2.2 Our services include transportation of passengers to their requested destinations using licensed and insured vehicles driven by professional drivers.
2.3 We strive to provide a reliable, safe, and comfortable transportation experience for all our passengers.
Booking and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
3.1.1 All bookings can be made through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service.
3.1.2 When making a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, and any special requirements.
3.1.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking request if the requested service cannot be provided.
3.1.4 Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with the details of your trip.
3.2 Charges
3.2.1 The fares for GoGo Cabs services are calculated based on various factors, including distance, time, and any additional requested services.
3.2.2 The Company reserves the right to update the fares without prior notice, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
3.2.3 All charges are in the local currency and include applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Cancellation and Refunds
3.3.1 Cancellation by the Customer
3.3.1.1 If you wish to cancel a booking, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to be eligible for a refund.
3.3.1.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3.2 Cancellation by the Company
3.3.2.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or driver unavailability.
3.3.2.2 In the event of a cancellation by the Company, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided.
Fare Calculation
4.1 Our fares are calculated based on the distance traveled, time taken, and any additional services requested.
4.2 The final fare may also include additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, waiting time, and any other applicable fees or surcharges.
4.3 We endeavor to provide transparent and accurate fare calculations, and any concerns regarding fares should be addressed with our customer service team.
Passenger Responsibilities
5.1 Passengers must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including the pickup and drop-off locations.
5.2 Passengers should be ready and waiting at the agreed pickup location at the specified time. Failure to be ready may result in additional waiting charges.
5.3 Passengers are responsible for their own behavior during the journey and should treat our drivers with respect and courtesy. Any damages caused by a passenger will be the responsibility of that passenger.
5.4 Passengers are responsible for any belongings they bring into the vehicle and should ensure that they have all their possessions when leaving the vehicle. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged items.
Driver Responsibilities
6.1 Our drivers are committed to providing safe and comfortable transportation to passengers.
6.2 Drivers will take the most appropriate route to the destination unless instructed otherwise by the passenger, considering factors such as traffic conditions and road closures.
6.3 Drivers have the right to refuse or terminate a journey if a passenger behaves in a disorderly or abusive manner, poses a threat to the driver or other passengers, or engages in illegal activities.
6.4 Our drivers adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, ensuring a professional and reliable service.
Liability
7.1 GoGo Cabs LTD will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
7.2 We do not accept liability for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, or severe weather conditions.
7.3 Any claims for loss, damage, or injury must be reported to us within 24 hours of the incident, accompanied by any supporting evidence.
Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8.2 We may collect and process personal data provided by you.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
Amendments
